I didn't see a letter from Virginia DMV. the DMV Stating I still had valid tags, so I need to show proof of insurance. they flagged my Florida Licensed as not having insurance. I don’t write many reviews or typically use this phrase when referring to personal line insurance, but this group, and our agents at this location (Allison as the primary and Alaine who also helped), understand service from a concierge perspective. Moving across the country is hard and redoing all major personal property and auto coverage in a new state is the least fun thing, quite stressful and yet a necessity. They approached our needs from an insurance portfolio viewpoint. Not a constant upsell, but an understanding of our needs and continuous guidance on the best way to obtain important coverage at a fair cost. Included, without hesitation, was genuine support in welcoming us to our new location and assistance in the closing on our home, where connections between bankers, closing attorneys and real estate agents was needed. I not only recommend them, it’s easy to suggest that it would be difficult to see how competitors would match up."
