"I recently switched to State Farm after a move cross country and was looking for a more affordable rate. The onboarding process was not only smooth but everyone was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and most importantly, kind. Two months after switching, I was in an extremely traumatic car accident and my vehicle ended up being totaled. From the moment I filed my claim to the end of receiving my settlement, I felt supported the entire time. There was always someone available to answer my call and provide me with so much help. I truly felt appreciated, valued, and was treating like a real human and not just another claim number. I was shocked to the level of humanity each agent exuded and how concerned they were about my well being. I was always asked how I was feeling and how I was doing before getting into the nuts and bolts of my claim. I rarely write reviews but this one was more than deserved."

"They deal in the 1990s. Not sure why I had to call to cancel my policy but did so after I also had to wait for a call for a requested quote. No requested quote until I cancelled. Two weeks to get my refund for the policy. Generally rude whenever I had to call and the one nice lady said she'd call me with where my refund was, never called. Come to find out, my refund was sent via check? Lol, y'all gotta catch up with the times. It's 2024, we chat, we deal in electronic money"

"I have been with State Farm for over 20 years. People say they can get better pricing and I check from time to time. No one has really ever been able get me a better deal. I recently needed some questions answered and Jessica Hanson was outstanding! Over a period of a couple of days she answered my questions and suggested what to do. I followed those suggestions and that created more questions. She not only answered all my questions but gave me info. that I didn't know was available to me not only in the insurance world but also out in the world to help me with my situation. "Rachel was by far the nicest person to work with after calling several other companies. She was not only happy to answer all my questions, but actively worked with me to structure policies for best coverage at best price. And she did not gut coverage like others did to try be the lowest cost. In fact, she advised increases in certain areas and yet still saved us money switching to State Farm. She was very responsive in helping my daughter meet a deadline for her first home closing, as well as saving her money on her car insurance switch. Then patiently worked on my husband's, mine, and my mother's policies. Very knowledgeable and client focused, highly recommend Rachel and this agency. Feedback to State Farm (not Rachel or this agencies doing): the minimum coverage for home contents was too high, it should be client choice. Also the mandatory coverage to pay for a place to stay if home is not liveable, is unnecessary cost for someone having many family options. Also should be client choice to take or not. But everything else, and there was a lot, was good. Best is, that it was still lowest cost and State Farm still covers Florida - thankfully."

"This office used to be great until I decided to add my husbands vehicle to my plan. This office has misspelt my name and my listed insured's names multiple times and sent incorrect cards to my house. This office has also added 7 other vehicles that are not mine onto my policy due to their lack of attention to detail. This office is extremally disorganized and when they promise you a call back they don't call you back until the last minute and with attitude. State farm is great as a whole however not this office."

"Mr. Tauzel is one of the most disrespectful people I have ever talked to. I usually don’t leave reviews but his inability to just do his job and getting upset when I call him out on it is the reason I canceled my policy."
