"I had coverage with this office for about 8 years with my 2003 pathfinder. The price always seemed fair until I bought my 2021 4Runner I expected my rates to go up but not to the point where I’m paying close to a DUI insurance rate $350/month with a clean driving record. When I called them to figure out why it was so much the worker was very combatant on the phone adamant that it’s because I “changed vehicles”… I contacted multiple other agencies and got quotes around $100 so I had no choice but to leave this State Farm. I have the same exact coverage for less than 1/3 of the price."

Since you left us over a year ago, we have taken several rate decreases and have another coming in late August. In reviewing your account, I agree that when you changed vehicles the rate increased as you were required to add specific coverages to your policy but by no means did it increase the amount you referenced. "This review comes very easily because Allison Mulzet knocked it out of the park in customer service, product knowledge and efficiency. I called her needing an insurance quote and execution of a contract, in the span of 20 minutes. She not only provided me with 3 quotes that I could decide on different coverages, but she made sure the coverage would be seamless and comprehensive. "They say they can get you insurance without ever doing a background ….and then a few weeks later cancel your insurance out of nowhere. Would never recommend"
